The start of this season Guinness premiership has been awesome for three of the four London teams.  Wasps are number one, Sararcens second and London Irish third in the table.  The London Irish do have an injury concern with their fullback Armitage to miss 12 weeks of rugby action due to dislocating his shoulder  (That has got to hurt).  He will have an operation on Monday and will miss the Autumn representative season which is a shame as he was a major contender for the number 15 spot in the English rugby test team.  The Irish are taking on Leeds this weekend but they will be playing away this weekend.

In London we have the following games Quins (11) v Saracens (2) and Wasps (1) v Warriors (5).  The Wasps game which is played at Adam’s park which should be a cracker as both teams have a point to prove with the Warriors playing the best team in Guinness premiership so far this season and the Wasps who will be looking to make up for last seasons losses to the Warriors.  With those two losses from last season it gives the Wasps an ordinary record against the Warriors with only one win in their last five matches.

Quins v Saracens is being played at the home ground of the quins at the Twickenham Stoop.  The Quins season has gotten off to a slow start but they have had major off field disruptions.  The Quins record is also average against the Saracens with one win in six starts. The saracens don’t mind playing at the Twickenham Stoop with two victories in their last three visits.  You can really only see this game going in way of Saracens.
